Return and Shipping Policy

Our shipping policy is as follows:

• Canada: Standard shipping CAD $9, United States: USD $9 flat rate
• Free shipping on orders over CAD$49 / USD$35 (Canada & US only)
• Delivery times: 3-7 business days within Canada, 7-14 business days to the US

Our return policy is as follows:

• If your item arrives damaged or broken during handling, we will gladly offer a full refund or send a replacement.
  
• Note: Most of our products are made of ceramics and glass. Due to the fragile nature of the items, they are more prone to damage during transportation. As such, we do not accept returns once a product has been purchased. We appreciate your understanding!
  

Eligibility for Exchange

• Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to exchanges (return shipping and shipping of the new item).
