Our shipping policy is as follows:

• Standard shipping: CAD$9
• Free shipping on orders over CAD$49
• Delivery times: 3-7 business days within Canada, 7-14 business days to the US, and 14-21 business days internationally.

Our return policy is as follows:

• If your item arrives damaged or broken during handling, we will gladly offer a full refund or send a replacement.
• No returns are accepted except in cases of shipping damage.
• Note: Most of our products are made of ceramics. Due to the fragile nature of ceramic items, they are more prone to damage during transportation. As such, we do not accept returns once a product has been purchased. We appreciate your understanding!
